The Webcomic XKCD must read my blog, because today’s post is all too ironically appropriate to a few of my most recent posts. The ironic thing isn’t the fact that they made this post, its that they have this conveniently placed on the map, called “YOUR BASE” which is exactly where I am at right now. I find no reason why it would actually be there as it doesn’t relate to the comic at the top.
So in conclusion I have to decided that they are reading my blog, or I its another part of my living in the twilight zone. Oh, wait….

Warning: this comic occasionally contains strong language (which may be unsuitable for children), unusual humor (which may be unsuitable for adults), and advanced mathematics (which may be unsuitable for liberal-arts majors).
I don’t understand the binary, if someone could explain that. (It translates to “base 2″) Maybe I need a better understanding of baseball.

Binary, as a number system, is “base two,” whereas decimal (our normal system) is base ten. Hexadecimal is base sixteen.
That’s what I learned in one of two math classes I took in college. It was called “Math in the Liberal Arts,” but we called it “Math for Poets.”
ohhh very nice info
