New Internet

I have gotten back online and hopefully this will give me the chance to do some more to the site. I have been downloading like crazy the past couple days cause I got a couple more ideas for videos. I got a ton of Hyori and MC Mong videos and MP3′s, along with some army videos like some footage in Iraq and from other units around the world.

Trying to find some airborne missions that I can download but all I seem to find is the game Medal of Honor. Just something more to play with, but have been working on bringing “Girl Friday” back cause a lot of people seem to be complaining about that. My life has gotten back to a somewhat normal state so its not that hard to do most of this, but stay tuned and I should have some new content here soon.

Pissed and Disappointed

Pissed and Disappointed

My wife has been talking about going to City Hall with me all week and watching the game there this morning. Which I was rather excited to go myself. However the game starts at 4am and curfew doesn’t get lifted until 5am so their really wasn’t anyway I could go without violating curfew. Which normally doesn’t bother me cause I don’t drink, I am always with my wife, and I go to areas where I wouldn’t be caught. Living off post too makes that easy to do without getting in trouble. However I heard a rumor that this morning they would be doing a pass check (check to see if everyone not on pass is in the barracks, and those that live off post are able to be at the barracks within a reasonable amount of time) so I didn’t go anywhere last night. I went to bed early and set my alarm for 4am. I slowly got out of bed and turned the game on seeing that the swiss already were winning 1-0. And that they later won with the same score.

The thing that pisses me off is that there was no pass check this morning, and Korea is out of the world cup meaning my chance for seeing the crowd at city hall is going to have to wait another 4 years at best. Now I am just going to try and enjoy a normal saturday that is unusually quiet around here.

Why I’ve been AWOL from RazorNylon

About a week ago we had a big thunderstorm here. Which isn’t at all uncommon this time of year. However this last week my building was hit by lightning. I saw I lost power when I came home but it was back on, and the wife was at her mothers so no clue how long it was off for. But everything checked out ok, I just had to reset some clocks. Except when I went to check my internet. I couldn’t connect to anything. I thought maybe it was because we lost power I needed to reset the modem and troubleshot it a little further but couldn’t get anywhere. The lightning had fried one of the cards in the basement to the building that gave everyone internet. We found this out a couple days later, and after more than myself called to complain about no Internet.

The internet is still fucked up and I can use it in intervals of 5-15 minutes before I have to reset my modem again, depending on the time of day I guess. But they are saying that they have to do some more work and are apparently going to install the newer faster internet. I don’t know how long this is going to take for them to do this but I can’t use my wireless router or VOIP phone at all right now which really pisses me off. I am able to however work on more of the stuff I do for the website offline now, but I would still much rather check my e-mail, use my webcam, and play some of the games here in hopes to knock Mopar30 down from his number one spot.

I made a new video this weekend which its not quite finished. I haven’t implemented any special effects or anything like that yet. Its only got the scenes that I want with nothing else. Kinda plain and simple which some people that are in the video like it, those that aren’t are a little more honest.

No Internet

No Internet

I hate Korea more and more each day. I have been without internet at the house since Wednesday. We have called the company but they first two days they said it was us then today they finally came out here and it only works for about 5 minutes before I have to reset the modem. And then only if the computer is directly connected to the modem, I can’t use my router or VOIP phone at all. I had CQ yesterday so I was asleep when they got here which I should of gotten up and dealt with them cause I know my wife is such a push over with people like them.

I am just hating Korea more and more each day. Today’s reason…, dishonest corporations that take advantage of me cause I don’t speak Korean and my wife cause she is a woman.
