Only YOU have the power to Save Toby!

I saw this site a few months back.  A guy found a stray rabbit that was injured and nursed it back to health.  In honor of the rabbit he made a website, called SaveToby.com.  He doesn’t need any additional help with the rabbits health though, he wants your money to convince him to save the rabbit from him cooking it in his kitchen.$50,000 or the rabbit dies.  He will kill the rabbit in a humane manner and cook it.  On the site he includes pictures of the rabbit in a stew pot, on a cutting board with vegetables, and more.The deadline for this was June 30th, 2005, which has come and gone.  So is the rabbit dead?  No, but he didn’t get the $50,000 either.Due to an enormous amount of people complaining about the site and calling it extortion, PayPal has closed his account.  So the mastermind behind this has comeup with something else.  Purchase 100,000 copies of their book, “Save Toby! Only you have the power to Save Toby“, before November 6th, 2006.I have no clue what is in the book, but it does have me curious.  A recipe book? Or just some random pics of the bunny?I am beyond un-interested.  One deadline came and passed, the bunny still lives.  I believe that based on this the owner will do anything to earn a buck, except kill the bunny.
